Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable
Specialist is responsible for all accounts payable functions; including
but not limited to processing invoices, cutting checks, and reconciling
vendor statements. Role and Responsibilities Handle accounts payables
for a specific set of vendors for multiple entities within the Walbec
Group. Daily processing of invoices through our paperless workflow
software. Work to determine manufacturing exemptions. Purchase Order
3-way match processing. Pay vendors weekly via cut checks and by
creating an ACH file for electronic payments. Review and reconcile
vendor statements to keep accounts up to date. Handle all vendor payment
inquiries. Communicates account status with vendors and sends out tax
exemption certificates for exempt purchases. Set new vendors up in
