An employer in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for an Associate Director, Omnichannel Integrated Experience & Engagement to join their team. This role is responsible for driving the omnichannel strategy framework for a specific brand, ensuring cohesive and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. The Associate Director will closely collaborate with Commercial Operations and Patient Advocacy to leverage data-driven insights for segmentation efforts and audience enrichment. This position involves aligning with brand teams and agencies to optimize customer journeys, manage digital platforms, and oversee the omnichannel measurement strategy to ensure all activities align with overarching business goals and deliver measurable performance results.

Some responsibilities of the Associate Director will include but are not limited to:

 - Lead Omnichannel Campaigns: Oversee the launch of patient and HCP-focused unbranded and branded omnichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic timelines.

 - Audience Enrichment and Addressable Audiences: Identify and enrich target audiences, developing and managing addressable audience strategies.

 - Customer Journeys and Micro Campaigns: Design and optimize customer journeys, planning and executing micro campaigns to drive engagement.

 - Promotional Plan: Strategize, plan, and execute the most effective channel mix for the right audiences/segments, including paid media, paid search, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall promotional strategies.

 - Measurement Framework and Channel Innovation: Develop and maintain a measurement framework, identifying and implementing innovative channel strategies.

 - Data Analytics for Strategy Development: Utilize data analytics to understand patient and HCP behaviors within the digital ecosystem, leveraging insights for strategy development.

 - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with brand teams, leads, and agencies to develop and execute overarching brand and content strategies, while ensuring alignment with brand KPIs.

 - Tech Integration Oversight: Oversee tech integration to support campaign delivery and enhance engagement with target audiences.

 - Performance Metrics Definition: Define, track, and optimize performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of omnichannel strategies.

 - Market Research: Conduct thorough market research in the rare disease therapeutic area to inform strategy development and execution.

 - Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.

 - Creative Contribution: Contribute new ideas and solutions independently, demonstrating confidence to voice and back up ideas within the team environment.

LOCATION/TRAVEL:

 - Hybrid (San Diego, CA; Boston, MA)

 - Estimated travel of 25%, primarily focused on strategy meetings, workshops, etc.

Skills and Requirements

– At least 1 year of specific experience related to HCP and customer journey strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.

– In-depth understanding and experience leading end-to-end omnichannel framework – strategies, tactics, etc.

– Highly knowledgeable about Martech platforms, ecosystem, vendors, and partners.

– Strong understanding of regulations involved with omnichannel marketing pharmaceutical products.

– Demonstrated experience supporting execution of integrated omnichannel marketing for new and existing products.

– Strong understanding of digital, omnichannel marketing trends and innovations.

– BS/BA (MBA preferred) and at least 8 years of commercial, marketing, or related experience (including Commercial, Marketing, Omnichannel, Digital, etc.) – Experience in developing and launching omnichannel strategies specifically in the rare disease therapeutic area. null
