Job Summary
Responsible for new business development of Corporate and Commercial Middle Market companies nationally within the Healthcare sector, covering all aspects of healthcare including Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Specialty Physician portfolios, Laboratories, Medical and Dental Services Organizations, Seniors Housing & Care, Mental Health, Drug & Rehab, Hospitals, portfolios of Outpatient Care Centers, medical equipment, a, manufacturing, distribution companies and other services supporting healthcare providers.

Pay Range: $140,622.00 – $209,526.00 – $278,431.00

Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage – $0.00 – $0.00

Job Responsibilities:
Develop close relationships with clients and cross sell the various bank capabilities
Develops prospects from current commercial clients, referral leads, and other sources
In conjunction with the Sponsor Finance team, develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms with healthcare practices
Cultivate relationships with other Banks Capital Markets / Syndications teams to enable participation opportunities in the various Healthcare industry sectors
Responsible for the efficient and team-oriented service of clients including timely processing of operations such as opening of new accounts and funding of loans
Manage and lead ongoing portfolio/asset management for all assigned credits to ensure compliance in all areas, including but not limited to, financial reporting, covenant compliance, timely payments, constant communication with the client and within the bank
Asset management in conjunction with the portfolio management team and credit partners
Responsible for groups adherence to all bank policies and procedures; maintain compliance with established internal policies, and all applicable laws and regulations

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree, required
10 years of RM experience, required
Healthcare RM experience, preferred
Experienced at networking and prospecting new clients and establishing relationships
Handles transactions/relationships with the highest level of complexity
Experience working with less experienced team members to mentor and develop them, sharing expertise and insights
Demonstrated ability to review, analyze, and comment on financial statements
Proficient use of Microsoft office products, including Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with a team and independently
