The Outpatient Clinical Director administers and supervises the daily management of the outpatient treatment program, its staff and clients. The Outpatient Clinical Director is responsible to ensure and provide effective client care in regard to OASAS and JCAHO regulatory requirements and maintains all administrative compliance. The Outpatient Clinical Director may be responsible to assist in the development, implementation, administration and supervision of satellite clinic locations. Conducts marketing efforts with the Regional Service Department and educates the community through workshops and lecture presentations.
Reports to the Director of Outpatient Operations and maintains frequent communication with her on matters pertaining to program services and the staff who manage and implement these services. Supervises staff in regard to client care, treatment plan development, discharge planning, documentation responsibilities and other necessary case management tasks.
Maintains appropriate clinical coverage by scheduling and monitoring employee paid time off effectively. Coordinates/schedules intakes with staff in conjunction with referent agencies. Facilitates transfers/admissions with the Arms Acres inpatient intake department to successfully convert clients from outpatient to inpatient treatment programs. Collects data to include daily, monthly, annual productivity reports, departmental goals and objectives reports, OASAS statistical reports. Maintains meeting minutes, utilization review minutes, incident reports, and staff supervisory reports as required by regulatory requirement. Assesses on a continual basis program growth and development and designs and implements program changes. Is responsible for Regional Service activities that promote census growth and development, community outreach and program marketing. Maintains fiscal integrity of the program by monitoring the monthly program report of visits, revenues and expenditures and reports any anticipated and unanticipated assets or liability. Performs all other duties of the clinical staff in the event of a staff shortage. Demonstrates the ability to maintain positive interrelationships with the multidisciplinary team members, referents, clients and other business resources.
Requirements
Masters Required, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, RN or Masters w/ CASAC Required, must have a minimum of 1 years as a Supervisor; 3 years experience in Substance Use

Salary Description
$75k – $85k depending on education and experience
