To continue to meet our customer-s mission critical needs, PDC is seeking aQuality Assurance Intern/RMA Coordinatorto join our respected and valued team.
This position is 100% onsite in our Bohemia, NY corporate headquarters.
The compensation range for this role is $20-$22 hourly.
This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a department of state or commerce license.

Responsibilities
Quality Control:
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product Assurance (Inspection Staff & QEs), Operations, Planners and production teams to identify and resolve design and process issues.
Assist investigation and determination of the root causes for product defects and non-conformances.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
Assist with creating quality control reports and documentation
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Education/Skills:
Current enrollment in 2 year degree program at technical school or college.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to follow procedures.
Familiar with electronic assemblies/components.
Familiar with mechanical assemblies.
Ability to Organize / Manage a -stock room- (High Mix High Volume of returns to manage).
Knowledge of quality control procedures and methodologies.
English proficiency (Able to understand technical language).
Contract (PO) Review
Competent with computers. Will have to learn multiple new systems:
MS Suite
Glovia (ERP system)
PA-system (Home grown application)
PIPSe (Home grown tracking application)
DocuShare
