Expected salary range of $171,900 to $191,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Senior Manager of Construction at Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (Near Harrisburg, PA)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Senior Manager, Construction is the primary conduit between the contracted workforce and Site Maintenance. The individual is responsible for Construction Managers, Lead Installation Representatives and Task Managers performance of large projects performed by a contracted workforce. The Senior Manager of Construction provides leadership and direction to the contracted workforce, ensuring standards, expectations and performance are met. The Senior Manager of Construction reports to the Site Maintenance Director.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the planning and execution of all assigned construction activities for both internal and external personnel, which includes administration and oversight of contracted workforce, including strong budget management and integration. Manage and monitor divisional resources and expenditures for all assigned work within the approved budget and established Management Model. (50%)
Effectively manage contract resources to ensure that all construction activities are performed safely and effectively by trained workers in accordance with plant procedures, regulations, and the site schedule. (20%)
Manage and ensure compliance with required internal and external project reporting requirements. (10%)
Effectively manage and monitor construction activities for multiple projects. (20%)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year technical or business degree with a minimum ten years experience managing large scale projects OR
Two-year technical or business degree with a minimum of twelve years experience managing large scale projects OR
In lieu of degree, a minimum of 14 years experience managing large scale projects
Four years power plant which shall include 2 years nuclear power plant experience and 1 years of supervisory or management experience
Positive leadership assessment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Managerial experience in a Maintenance discipline
Current or prior Senior Reactor Operator License or ANSI 3.1 SRO Certification
