We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

Creates and executes innovation programs and processes that results in greater employee engagement, enables, and diffuses a broader innovation culture across the company.

Work closely with Innovation leadership,consultants, and advisors,to develop and deploy consistent and applicable communication that advances an innovative culture. Support the Innovation core team and collaborators in their execution of innovative technology pilots, new business processes, and/or new growth opportunities. Responsible for tracking and monitoring all initiatives including oversight for Innovation’s centralized repository for ideas, external company insights and associated pilots. Work with leadership to ensure internal and external collaboration, best practice sharing and benchmarking.

Works with Envision Tomorrow and Innovation leadership, advisors, and consultants to develop and deploy an Envoy/Accelerator program,providing an opportunity to a group of colleagues in each business unit to be influencers and agents of meaningful and innovative change and business solutions. Efforts include oversight and direction of a program that drives engagement, education, and innovative insights. Facilitating commercialization opportunities. Monitor, analyze and track performance related to how the company’s innovation programs, commercialization, and efforts are changing the culture, increasing employee engagement, and equipping employees with innovation mindsets. Efforts may involve development of surveys and/or other measurable applications/tools.Provide support to Envision Tomorrow and DATA initiatives, communications and events as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:

7 years of project management, communications/marketing, or related experience. Prior experience in a fast-paced, changing environment.Excellent project management skills.

Strong interpersonal communication skills. Strong influencing skills with all organizational levels. Self-starter ability. Ability to act with a high degree of autonomy and a learning mindset. Ability to stay on schedule with program deadlines. Comfort navigating ambiguous and unregimented opportunities, analyzing data and results, and developing concrete action plans from them. Ability to organize information creatively. Ability to organize resources and tools to deploy to large groups of employees. Event planning experience preferred.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
