Client Coordinator

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 6 PM (8-hour shift; start times vary)
Description:
These individuals will be taking in information from TEKsystems’s client, and entering it into their systems.
Most of the information are independent Medical Reviews.
When new cases come in (the information) they log the information and process it through to the next stage.
The form comes in, they pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel.
They want them to hopefully understand HIPAA Regulations.
They dont need to be an expert; they just want them to understand they are handling sensitive information and preventing who has access to that information.
Soft skills are that they want them to be reliable, accurate, and thorough.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Microsoft Word- turn things into a PDF, Insert tables onto documents.
Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, insert columns.
Awareness of HIPAA
