Production Worker/Assembler
These individuals will be working on 2nd ($17.95) and 3rd ($17.95) shifts of an Automotive Injection Molding and Assembly Environment. This person will be responsible for ensuring they are keeping up with the production numbers, hitting their quota and producing a quality product. They will be primarily standing in the same area for the majority of the day and will need to be able to either work in a team environment or independently.
Process:
• New candidates go on tracker – triggers me to send a list to INOAC for approval
o In the meantime, lets get set up with a DT time (proactively) as we await clearance – use your G2 to gauge if they will clear
o Get DT availability from your candidate during initial G2 and get with me to set up
• Begin gathering onboarding documents
o ID
o SSC or Birth cert
o HS diploma or GED (if they do not have one, see below)
Order one… get with me for info to call KY Board of Edu
If they don’t have either… get with me to set up an assessment time on-site at INOAC
• Lockdown
o Three lockdowns (attached)
DT lockdown

Final lockdown (start date)
• Start – Every Monday
o Orientations take 1 week and are during day shift hours (7a-4p)
o 8am Monday start time (the first week schedule is broken down in “Final lockdown” document attached)
o They will go to their normal shift after the first week of orientation and training
2nd = 3:10p – 11:05p M-Th (Friday 3:10p – 12:30a)
3rd = 11:05p – 7:10a M-Th (Sunday 9:50p – 7:10a)

Schedule:
Orientation is EVERY Monday morning at 8am, please have new hires arrive at 7:45am week one orientation schedule is below
M – 8a-4p
T-F – 7a-3:20p
Schedule after first week orientation…
2nd = 3:10p – 11:05p M-Th (also Friday 3:10p – 12:30p)
3rd = 11:05p – 7:10a M-Th (also Sunday 9:50p – 7:10a)
Note: there is OT day to day and it is best to volunteer for OT so the candidate can choose between pre-shift OT or post-shift OT
Dress wear:
– shorts, t-shirt provided by company but wear t-shirt day one, no steel toes required
– one ear bud for music and podcasts
