The Master Data Category Analyst (CA) is a role for individuals who are strong working in collaborative environments, working with others in a setting of diverse backgrounds and functions.
The North America Category Analyst drives operational excellence for a category of products through close interaction with many people working across multi-functional teams crossing several Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, and IT disciplines. The CA controls daily governance and progress of the End-to-End Initiatives Master Data process – from product initiatives item creation through to initiatives launch to market. The person in this role is a key strategic partner for our business units and works horizontally with them to execute superior master data management. The CA is an expert in Product Master Data, Product Hierarchies, Product Lifecycle Management, and the person in this role will reach expert level knowledge and capability in the systems and applications used for Product Master Data Management. The scope of these applications covers new product initiatives for finished products and raw and packaging materials, Master Data maintenance, data quality checks and validations, progress to completion, and market readiness. The CA builds relationships with our partners and stakeholders and is expert in prioritizing work, troubleshooting and resolving problems and defects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include :
End to End Master Data Creation process in partner systems that feed SAP based transactional systems and in downstream systems
Project Management
Data & Process Governance
Support the Market Operating Strategy from the Business Units
Lead & influence multifunctional teams delivering contributions for E2E processes
Process improvement & Loss Recovery projects
Maintaining industry data standards
Product Lifecycle Management
This is a non-exempt, non-management position
Job Qualifications
Education:
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams)
SAP experience preferred
Supply Chain Management experience preferred

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$88,700
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
