Job Title:

Landscape Technician Site Lead

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing landscaping task throughout the year/ working supervisor

Manage Snow removal task, associates, and subcontractors

Storm Water Management

Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance

Trash Removal and exterior furniture/fence repairs

Effectively manage time sheets, billing, proposals, and other office supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Three (3) or more year’s related experience is preferred.

Must possess applicable certifications, licenses and a valid drivers license.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Work environment:

Regularly exposed to fumes, airborne particles, vibrations and outside weather conditions. The noise level that is typical in this type of work environment is moderate to loud.
