The Sourcing Process Analyst is responsible for the development and administration of digital tools to support the execution and continuous improvement of sourcing processes, supplier performance management and advanced analytics. Under the direction of the Sourcing Process Excellence Senior Manager, this position will interact and partner with various suppliers, internal customers, IT, GBPOs, Business Analyst, SME, organization’s COE’s and Subsidiary Stakeholders for the achievement of desired results across a growing, global organization.

Essential Duties:

Administrator of existing digital tools used by SGS department, such as but not limited to Ariba Sourcing-SLP, SAP, Smartsheet, BI, and PowerBI.

Execute and implement improvements to current Ariba processes and templates, in collaboration with the internal and external Ariba representatives.

Provide guidance to Internal and External Ariba Sourcing customers to escalate issues or requirements about the system.

Execute and implement in collaboration with IT and Supply Chain Advanced Analytics teams, new or improved digital tools for the Sourcing team and supports its deployment as needed.

Manage SAP system updates for all pricing changes, develop and implement improvements associated with process control.

Collaborate with the maintenance and enhancement of the Supplier Performance Measuring system (Performance Dashboards/Scorecards)

Collaborate in Supplier Performance improvement projects.

Collaborate with Commodity Management to communicate and drive accountability of supplier performance that aligns with the supplier communication and delivery policy.

Document processes as assigned and maintain required documentation as advised by cross-functional teams; follow retention policy as required; Provide cross-functional training as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics or related field of study OR equivalent work experience

1 year experience in Sourcing/Procurement

1 year experience using various supplier management techniques

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Demonstrated drive and determination to achieve success

Solid quantitative skill set and the ability to analyze, think and communicate with well-supported data.

Problem solving skills; with direction help frame effective solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work collaboratively across business units and functions.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point);

Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Concepts and Methodologies

Work with a team in a fast paced, with emphasis on maintaining quality and timeliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year experience working as administrator of digital platforms, ERP and Supplier Relationship software packages such as PowerBI, Business Intelligence, Smartsheet, Ariba, SAP

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 – 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
