Job Description
Perform protein purification and specific assays on a daily basis.
Perform antibody, antigen, etc. type purifications.
Perform molecular techniques such as gel electrophoresis.
Perform titrations and a lot of pipetting, specifically a micro pipette.
Perform all routine upkeep and maintenance of the lab and lab equipment.
Maintain single donor antigens and purification of these using chromatography.
Clean and dispose of contaminated waste or any other non-reusable materials.
Clean and sanitize vials and other equipment for laboratory use.
Aid in the preparation of materials used for manufacturing ELISA plates and other lab-based materials.
Perform documentation of lab results including temperatures, times, materials, etc. into the ERP system.
Follow GLPs and other GMP and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology

Work Environment
This is a laboratory environment and is a clean place to work.
You will be working with at least 5 others in the department, if not more, assisting them with their daily lab work. There are 20 people total, including the manager, in this department, so you will primarily work with these 20 people.
You will work closely with the cell culture group.
Hours are flexible, typically starting at 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. You will work 40 to 45 hours each week.
