Quality Engineer (Solventum)

As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading and supporting investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances.
Participating in rebranding activities at the plant.
Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Being a critical team member in service execution.
Working with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher and three (3) years of experience within a quality manufacturing environment.
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 7 years of experience within a quality manufacturing environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Bachelors degree
Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
Root cause investigation and CAPA experience.
Team and/or project leadership experience.
Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity.
Work location: Onsite: Brookings, SD
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic travel
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 – $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
