Network Technician

Description:

Client is looking for qualified network technicians to perform network closet cutovers, rack/stacks, and WAP swap outs/upgrades. 3 parts main workstreams included in this project: 1) There are 3 main data closets currently running legacy cisco catalyst that need to be cutover to cisco 9300s – all are pre-staged. 2) installation/replacement of 500 wireless access points, install Oberon ceiling enclosures for said access points and at a point after staging perform the network cutover of the access points from the old to the new and remove the old APs. and 3) Racking/cutover of 25 data closets from legacy Meraki switch hardware to Cisco 9300x hardware. All work will be oversaw by FTE network engineers. Some over night work required.
