The Consumer Technology (CT) group executes the Wells Fargo Technology strategy and offers a strategic technology perspective to the lines of business and products we support. Product and Engineering Enablement
The CIM(Customer Information Management) Product within Consumer Technology optimizes our model, its people, our strategies and understanding that enable the Small & Business Banking products our customers love. We engage at all levels of the product to institute Agile and product best practices. We are seeking a Technology Analyst to lead the maturation of our product, working alongside product managers and engineering leaders to guide software delivery ensuring quality and efficient product delivery.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in delivering technology solutions for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
Contribute to the delivery of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and coordination conducted to ensure solution deliveries are successful.
Partner with product and technology teams to coordinate the delivery of cross-domain solutions.
Collaborate and consult with business, technology, infrastructure, and support teams to evaluate and resolve challenges in order to deliver technological solutions with well-managed schedules and deliverables.
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams ensuring surprises are minimized.
Required Qualifications:
4 years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
4 years of experience coordinating, communicating, and delivering moderately complex technology solutions across integrated domains.
4 years of hands-on SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Service Now (Change, Problem, Incident Management, Reporting, etc.) experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to coordinate, manage and/or create complex documentation and stage-gate requirements ensuring SDLC-compliance.
Experience drafting, revising, and/or publishing documentation covering moderately complex details.
Understanding of, and experience with, non-functional requirements (NFRs) and how to ensure compliance.
Understanding of, and experience with, Customer Confidence Program requirements (CCPs) and how those activities contribute to a successful product.
2 years of verifiable experience with leading product area and/or product delivery teams (L1) ensuring adherence to Agile delivery concepts.
Verifiable working knowledge of Hogan Financial Systems installations “under the Umbrella.”
Job Expectations:
Strong communication skills with ability to lead requirement discussions, facilitate decision making and update stakeholders at all levels.
Experience influencing in a matrixed environment and developing cross-functional partnerships.
Experience with Agile practices, frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.), workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira.
Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions.
In-office reporting (office 3x weekly), per WF Technology guidelines.
