Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level maintenance helper for a slow-paced industrial hose manufacturing facility. The position involves assisting in preventative maintenance (PM) work, primarily on the overnight shift. The candidate must have a heavy mechanical aptitude and preferably some experience in the field. Basic electrical exposure is required, though not extensive. Comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates must possess basic maintenance hand tools.

Hard Skills

Ability to complete preventative maintenance work

Some electrical knowledge

Experience working with 480V on a manufacturing floor

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Marcos, Texas.

Work Environment

Non-climate controlled manufacturing plant with old equipment. The facility does not feature a lot of automation or robotics. All machines are customer-built, and the plant operates with three production lines running.
