Job Title: HIL Test Engineer

Job Description

You will get to know current architecture, start using it, and answer support requests across the company.

Transition to autonomous support.

Work hands-on with the benches, ensuring functionality with tools like Multi Meters.

Engage with interfaces such as radar and networking.

Document issues and report to each team.

Focus on support and improvement, followed by next-gen system design.

Experience with Linux, CAN Protocols, Python scripting, and C/C programming is essential.

Utilize Vector or Simulation Tools for various HIL setups.

The system involves a large network of computers with high-speed interfaces and digital components.

Engage in the architecture of next-generation HIL bench design when not supporting.

This is a fully on-site position in Austin, Texas.

Work Environment

Onsite setting every day. Consistent interaction with teams in VA and CA. Reports to a manager in Canada. Onboarding on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
