HR Coordinator

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details

Self-starter and very organized

Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary

Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills

Team Player

Must have great attendance and punctuality

Be able to work under pressure/fast paced environment

Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material

Bilingual preferred but not required

Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ect.

Hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm, flexible as required

Saturday/Sunday hours as needed

Responsibilities:

Enters new hires in Human Resources

Ensure proper copies of documents are in place

Perform various duties as needed to ensure efficiency

Handles insurance issues with vendors and employees

Processes and requests sick pay

Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns

General office procedures including handling phone calls, filing

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

Base pay range $22.75/hr
