Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in

Henderson, Colorado. The ideal candidate will handle various welding and

fabrication tasks based on customer drawings, specifications, or other

instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diverse welding and fabrication/assembly tasks.

Position pieces to be welded using jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps, with the aid of measuring instruments and hand tools.

Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.

Be flexible in performing all shop and fabrication duties, with 10%-90% of the day dedicated to welding.

Carry out additional tasks such as grinding, prep, layout, touch-up paint, and bracketing.

Read and interpret blueprints and piping diagrams.

Operate and efficiently use hand tools.

Cut and thread pipe accurately.

Hard Skills Required:

Experience and knowledge in MIG welding.

Proficiency in plate welding.

Ability to read and fabricate from blueprints.

Pay: $24-$26 (Based on relative experience)

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a 6 month duration

Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Henderson, Colorado

Schedule:

Mon-Thurs, 5am-3:30pm.

The schedule may shift to 5 10-hour days (Mon-Fri) as work volume increases.
