Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our Heber, UT team! The Marketing and Communications Coordinator assists in the growth of the company’s marketing efforts and enhances brand awareness. This position is responsible for supporting content creation, managing social media, coordinating events, engaging with the community, and providing administrative assistance.
What Youll Do
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Social Media Management:
Create content that upholds brand standards and promotes brand awareness across multiple platforms to elevate brand awareness.
Help manage and grow social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Develop proficiency in crafting engaging content for platforms like social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
Assist in creating physical marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations for various departments.
Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand standards, supporting internal and external communication needs.
Brand Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing a brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all materials.
The coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing and communication initiatives align with the brand’s voice and overall strategic goals.
Administrative and Team Support:
Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, such as organizing files, creating, and managing task trackers, managing orders, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Work with cross-functional teams, such as human resources and recruitment, to support their marketing and communication needs to achieve business objectives.
Assists in organizing and coordinating events such as town halls, company events, and orientations.
Collaborate with team members on projects to meet departmental goals and contribute to marketing campaigns success.
Prepares reports and presentations for the marketing team.
Community Engagement:
Assist in the development and implement of strategies to foster strong relationships within the local community.
Serve as the primary contact for community members, addressing their inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
Plan and take part in community events and outreach activities for the company.
Collaborate with regional administrators to monitor sponsorships and donations.
What Youll Bring
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills, including time and project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in Adobe Suite.
Digital fluency with social media platforms and content management tools.
Creativity and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of AP Style or willingness to learn.
Understanding of core marketing principles, including marketing segmentation, target audience identification, positioning, and messaging.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
Have strong interpersonal skills in creativity, strong organizational skills, and innovation.
Photography experience is a plus.
