The Opportunity
This attorney will be based in our Lehi office and will work on a broad range of revenue producing enterprise licensing and sales matters, involving Adobes cloud-based services, on-premise software, and professional services – areas that are significant to Adobes success.
What youll Do
Day to day, in this role we review and negotiate contracts, provide legal counsel to Sales and Sales Management, and collaborate with other internal groups (such as Product teams, Privacy/Security teams, and Consulting Services teams) on a variety of topics including intellectual property, commercial terms, risk analysis, and the effects of applicable laws.
We participate in or co-lead a handful of projects, such as template creation, job aid creation, trainings, etc.
What you need to succeed
JD Degree.
License to practice law in job location
Ideally 1-3 years of relevant practical experience
Ability to understand technologies that we license
Excellent client management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organization
Excellent stress management skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $87,900 — $196,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
