Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Flexibility Required)
Job Description:
Our client is urgently seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch/CSR professional to join their team. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on brokerage experience and be able to search for brokerage loads on the internet independently without requiring any training.
What’s the Job?
Handle load dispatching with minimal supervision.
Search and secure loads online without requiring additional training.
Provide customer service and support related to brokerage.
Adapt to a flexible work schedule that may change based on business needs.
What’s Needed?
Ample brokerage experience with the ability to work independently.
Strong understanding of how to search for loads on online platforms.
Flexibility with scheduling; the work schedule may change periodically.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Candidates must be prepared to present their CDL upon starting.
Knowledge of the operations of TMS systems is required.
A background in dispatch offices or the trucking business is preferred; familiarity with job functions is required.
Experience in warehousing/3PL/transportation environments is highly beneficial.
