Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Biller/CSR with QuickBooks experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong typing skills.

What’s the Job?

Perform billing and invoicing tasks using QuickBooks .

Manage customer service inquiries related to billing.

Perform administrative tasks and data entry with speed and accuracy.

What’s Needed?

Proficiency in QuickBooks with relevant billing experience.

Experience working in a full scale 3PL business environment.

Typing speed of 40 WPM required.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
