Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage various administrative tasks. You will enter vendor invoices from suppliers such as Amsco and Andersen, answer office phones, direct calls, and assist customers. You will also enter and charge customer credit cards, generate customer invoices, and scan and save customer documents in their allocated folders. Additional responsibilities include preparing cash requirements to pay invoices, reconciling invoices to vendor statements, generating Amsco Warranty Credit Invoices, assisting with customer collections, and coordinating employment interviews and applications. You will also purchase office supplies, coordinate office functions and services, and enter supplier confirmations while creating job folders.

Work Environment

Office Environment. You will be in the office Monday – Friday and have your own desk, sitting in the same area as the operations manager and owners.
