Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Job Description

Coordinate all shipping, packaging, and received components, supplies, and materials according to company/customer specifications.

• Process all outbound shipments in accordance with company/customer requirements using MRP system

• Operate MRP System, verifying all information as the order is processed, input the correct information as required.

• Perform shipping and packaging responsibilities for outbound/inbound freight – packaging products, documentation preparation, contacting carriers, international shipments, etc.

• Maintain records as required according to industry standards and company practices

• Perform driving responsibilities to deliver or pick-up merchandise according to company requirements.

• Cross-train in all essential requirements of the Inventory/Receiving Group

• Assist the Inventory/Receiving Group throughout designated shift whenever primary Shipping duties are completed

• Other duties as requested.

-8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri $22/hr

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tigard, Oregon.

Work Environment

Cleanroom environment/Warehouse environment- no ppe required

• Professional environment engaged in the support of the manufacturing of components, systems, and service-related products. Maintain a professional image in accordance with company appearance standards.

• International Standards Organization (ISO) certified environment

• Some noise and plastic chips in manufacturing area.

• Safety glasses recommended on the manufacturing floor outside of designated safety corridor

• Hearing protection recommended in vicinity of machinery

• Compliance with company safety practices and procedures.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of designated shift.

• Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs.
