Job Summary:

As an Assistant Branch Administrator , you will have the opportunity to assist the Branch Administrator in handling administrative functions for the branch while learning the duties of higher-level Branch Administrator roles. You will be responsible for answering the switchboard, routing calls, assisting guests, and processing various administrative tasks. This position provides a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Full-time

- Location: Renton, WA

- Pay Rate: $22=$24/hr DOE

- Shift: Office hours: 7:00-4:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Answer the switchboard/receptionist, route calls, and assist guests

– Assist in processing daily administrative tasks, including miscellaneous bills and credits, customer deductions, receiving reports, returns to suppliers, and job lot billings

– Assist in the investigation and resolution of supplier credits and billbacks

– Obtain proofs of delivery, as required by CSRs, Financial, and Administration

Qualifications & Skills:

– High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Job Requirements:

– Six months to one year of related experience preferred

Knowledge:

– Knowledge of computer systems

– Knowledge of phone systems

– Knowledge of SAP

– Attention to detail

Skills:

– Organizational skills

– Interpersonal skills

– Phone skills

Abilities:

– Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
