Deliverables
– Safety – The team culture of Safety First is measured by:

Responsibilities
– Daily Safety Meeting
– Daily coordination of people, information, and materials
– Continuous improvement activities
– Team development (hiring, coaching, evaluating, training)
– Project management of process development projects
– Develop and maintain a production schedule for all orders (build to
order & build to stock)
– Daily whiteboard meeting with Team Leads to prioritize people &
materials
– Lead the Job Relations meeting with Team Leads

Qualifications
– Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience – ideally in welding and
fabrication
– Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus
– Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
methodologies
– Proficient in production planning and scheduling
