We are offering a $ 3,000 Sign On Bonus for fully qualified Copper Splicers in our Alpha NJ office.
What you’ll do…
You will, with guidance, perform tasks associated with the upgrade and splicing of Copper Cables (Copper 710 Splicing)
You will, with guidance, maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
You will assemble equipment according to design specifications
You will install/repair Copper lines in trenches and/or pedestals using various hand tools
You will test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation
You will performs tasks associated with the electronic upgrade and splicing of Fiber Cables
You will maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
You will assemble equipment according to design specifications
You will install/repair Fiber lines in trenches and/or pedestals using various hand tools
You will prepare paperwork to track daily production, and accurately record completed work on job site blueprints
Who we are looking for…
You will have 0-1 or more years experience as a cooper splicer with experience on outside plant or system installations while working from blueprints, specifications, and system documentation
You will have a high school diploma or equivalent
You are able to lift up to 80 lbs
