Job Details Responsibilities The Clinical Nurse I, II, III, & IV provide direct nursing care to patients guided by the SFH Professional Nursing Practice Model in compliance with policies and procedures The clinical nurse directs nursing care by utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking skills while demonstrating a commitment for compassionate and quality patient care The CN assumes responsibility and accountability for assigning and delegating patient care appropriately to other members of the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team Requirements Complete and Bachelors of Nursing degree from an accredited Nursing Program Must have at least one year of critical Care Experience Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) required from the American Heart Association Salary Range USD $52.14 – USD $78.49 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
