Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients in both English and Spanish. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Assist with translation and interpretation tasks as required.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
