STV is seeking an HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team. This is designated as a hybrid position (3 days week/in office) and can be located in one of our NE offices, which includes Philadelphia, PA, Douglassville, PA, Boston, MA, Newark, NJ, or New York, NY.

Overview
The HR Generalist will operate as part of an HR Generalist team modeled to support HR Business Partners with implementing various HR programs and initiatives for designated operating and functional groups. This role plays a vital part in the overall success of the HR function and its delivery of people-oriented strategies.

Duties
Assist with HR programs and initiatives: talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, records management, employee relations, and compliance
Participate in the formulation of HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action
Complete special projects by carrying out project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions
Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues, resolving concerns
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying abreast of existing and new legislation
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Continue to develop job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
4 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Demonstrated skills to include:
Detail-orientedand responsive, ensuring closed-loop communication
Problem-solving abilitieswith a process improvement mindset
Inquisitiveand resourceful
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Forms)
Experience in the following is highly desired:
Workday HCM
AEC industry
Immigration

Compensation Range:$60,235.00 – $80,313.00
