Summary:
Brivo seeks a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions, particularly within the CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, and customization, coupled with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and process improvement.The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with stakeholders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy business processes across the departments.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. A love for technology and a desire for continual improvement is a must. Strong communication skills coupled with an overall understanding of the business process provides the winning combination for this opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity with a one day per week in office requirement.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a system administrator for Brivo’s Salesforce.com environment
Provide day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, role hierarchy, security, and data management.
Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, etc.
Ensure Salesforce is configured and optimized to support business processes and objectives.
Configure and maintain complex CPQ environments, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote generation processes.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand their requirements and implement effective CPQ solutions.
Implement and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations to support sales and customer service operations.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet specific business needs.
Collaborate with the Compliance team to conduct internal system audits and prepare necessary reporting.
Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
Train users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and application development teams
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality with the ability to build customer apps and objects, formula fields, automation processes (Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes), custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Experienced in third-party integrations (e.g. inContact, DocuSign, Google, Atlassian, etc.)
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong data management abilities and high attention to detail is a must
Strong project management skills
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certifications desired
Experience in Hubspot desired
The total compensation package for this full-time position includes a salary range of $90,000 – $110,000. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and, where applicable, may include incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks (www.brivo.com/about/careers) based on their work locations.
