Forklift Operator

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a Material Handler position in Elkridge, MD. This role involves basic warehouse duties, including pulling, wrapping, and staging orders, as well as manual lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift. Forklift experience is essential, as candidates will be required to pass a forklift assessment via email to qualify for the position, and must have forklift experience listed on their resume . Location: Onsite

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Assignment Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities

Pull and prepare orders for shipment

Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse at all times

Handle various tasks aligned with positions such as Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, and more

Must-Haves

6 months of recent industrial warehouse experience

Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, and lifting for the entire 8-hour shift

Qualifications

Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management, is preferred

Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and apply it

Forklift operation experience is required (stand-up and sit-down)

Candidates must pass a forklift assessment via email to be eligible for the position

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
