Open Enrollment Representative/Customer Service

Description:

TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates to assist with our customers Open Enrollment period located in the Baltimore metro area.

The successful candidate will respond to phone inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage questions. Must be able to decipher eligibility information from a variety of electronic sources quickly, and deliver them courteously and effectively to our membership population. This is a high volume call center position subject to high production and quality standards.
