Your Responsibilities
As a Supervisor- 2nd Shift for John Deere Atlanta Regional Distribution Center located in McDonough, GA, you will supervise the picking and storage operations. In addition, you will:
Encourage and facilitate the process of Continuous Improvement
Develop people and processes affectively to help achieve unit goals
Maximize customer experience and support objectives aligned with unit, division, and enterprise initiatives

What Skills You Need
1 or more years of experience in one or more manufacturing or warehouse positions
1 or more years of experience leading a team or as a department coordinator
Strong Interpersonal Skills with the willingness to engage with others while managing conflict resolution
1 or more years of experience with delivering on customer expectations
1 or more years of experience collaborating and working with others on key projects
Ability to work second shift, overtime and weekends based on business needs
What Makes You Stand Out
1 or more years of experience as a supervisor or facility coordinator
1 or more years of experience working with warehouse control systems
1 or more years of experience working with Customer Service Support.
Experience with championing change, planning, organizing, communicating, and establishing goals.
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in a Business/Management or Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent related work experience.
