Were looking for a Receiving Clerk with aviation experience to assist in our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Record and update inventory of delivered items.

Update invoices and purchase orders.

Notify procurement of low stock.

Provide excellent customer service.

Respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

Experience in an aviation company.

strong communication skills.

Details:

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Packaging items that need to be shipped out of the warehouse, or returned to vendors and checking deliveries for items that have been broken or damaged during transit

Distributing deliveries to relevant parts of the warehouse or authorising their onward transit to other company depots or storage locations

Recording all items that have been delivered and updating inventories to reflect the new stock levels

Updating invoices and purchase orders to reflect deliveries and notifying procurement teams of low stock

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment
