Hagerty is currently seekingrecovery staffto support local government recovery work in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The Lead Data Management / Reporting Specialist will support clients in developing data management systems and dashboards to understand the status of recovery projects. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in PowerBI to design and implement data management strategies to enable real-time decision making. The Lead Data Management / Reporting Specialist will be expected to travel as needed to client sites.

Candidates for the Lead Data Management / Reporting Specialist will be considered for contract-based positions.

Responsibilities for the Lead Data Management / Reporting Specialist Include:

Manage large data sets, including troubleshooting issues that arise within data sets and identifying solutions for performing just-in-time analysis to meet evolving needs within the project.

Build dashboards to enable clients and stakeholders to understand data related to, and monitor progress of, complex projects over time.

Create visualizations from existing data sets to support decision making.

Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods.

Interface with technical and non-technical audiences to build consensus on data solutions and address project issues.

Develop and maintain processes for maintaining data set and performing analysis.

Qualifications for the Lead Data Management / Reporting Specialist Include:

A bachelor-s degree.

Advanced skills and proficiency with Power BI.

Advanced skills and proficiency with Excel.

A minimum of five (5) years of professional, full-time work experience associated with data analysis and/or data management.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to produce technically sound deliverables with little oversight.

Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Preferred Qualifications for the Lead Data Management / Reporting Specialist Include:

Advanced skills and proficiency with GIS products.

Compensation for the Lead Data Management / Reporting Specialist Includes:

Salary range of $70,000 – $110,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
