Mobile Device Specialist

Description:

Our industrial chemical manufacturing company is looking for someone to help with an iPad roll out to 50 users. The Mobile Device Specialist focuses on configuring iPad Air devices, installing mobile applications, providing assistance with the setup of the devices for vendor training sessions (answering “how to” questions), and supports end users during User Acceptance Testing, pre-Go Live and Post Go live of the mobile software product for the end user base of around 50 individuals.

Experience Required

Mandatory:

– Extensive and skills on latest Apple devices, including Apple Device setup, configuration.

– Experience in setting up and troubleshooting Apple apps on mobile devices.

– Basic experience with networking, and performance testing of wireless networks, ideally – 4G networks-you dont need 4G exp. but its a nice to have.

– Ability to use diagnostic tools to pinpoint mobile device problems. If an application doesnt load or doesnt work, troubleshooting that type of issue.

– Excellent customer service skills – this role will represent the transformation program onsite

Nice to have:

– Mobile Device Management platform experience (ideally, Ivanti/MobileIron)

– Basic experience with mobile security,
