Job Title: Automation/Robotics Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation/Robotics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting over 100 robots, including models from Sepro, Fanuc, Wittman, and Kawasaki. Your expertise will ensure our automated systems run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of over 100 robots, including Sepro, Fanuc, Wittman, and Kawasaki.

Troubleshoot PLC systems, specifically Allen Bradley, to identify and resolve issues.

Diagnose and address sensor malfunctions on robots to maintain optimal performance.

Dismantle defective machines and equipment, installing new or repaired parts as necessary.

Install and repair 480V electrical systems, including transformers, wiring, and other electrical/electronic components of machinery and equipment.

Perform robotic cell setup and changeovers, including program touch-ups, end-of-arm tooling adjustments, and fixture setup to achieve first-piece approval.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts.
