We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team and help drive our production operations to new heights.

As the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to quality standards, and efficient use of resources. You will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining safety protocols, and achieving production goals while working collaboratively with other shifts and departments.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the 3rd shift production team, including scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring timely completion of production goals.
– Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
– Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct safety audits and address safety concerns immediately.
– Train, coach, and develop production team members. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
– Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with supply chain and procurement to ensure material availability.
– Prepare and submit shift reports, including production metrics, issues encountered, and progress towards production targets.

Qualifications:

– Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in HVAC metal fabrication or a similar industry.
– Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
– Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC metal fabrication processes, machinery, and safety regulations. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift (e.g., 9 PM to 7 AM) and be flexible with shift changes if necessary.
