DRIVERS LICENSES are required, and you MUST be capable of commuting between locations using own transportation!

We need reliable, dependable, and detail-orientated workers. Workers will perform various cleaning duties and maintenance tasks for our customers. Individuals must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, etc. This position starts at $13/hour with weekly pay. 

Requirements:

– At least 18 years of age with a Valid Drivers license
– Excellent attendance & reliable transportation
– Pass a background and reference check
– Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
– Strong communication skills
– Positive and enthusiastic attitude
– Ability to lift 50 lbs.
– Ability to stand for long periods. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

– Maintain a healthy and clean environment using approved methods, chemicals & tools.
– Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
– Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums.
– General cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls. 
– Stocking and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms & janitor closets. 
– Changing light bulbs
– General snow removal from entrances as needed
– Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
