Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join their team. This candidate will be supporting the cell phone software migration project. In this role, they will be working with every city employee, 450, setting up times for them to come into the IT center to software reset their current phone and add a new software onto it. This could also include adding upgrades to phones or switching out completely. They will be responsible for setting up the appointments an reaching out so strong communication is a must!
$18hr to $21 hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
Associate degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience in an IT support role
Experience troubleshooting in a windows environment and using Microsoft Office productivity tools
Strong communication skills
They will be speaking with all city employees so need to be comfortable making calls and working with customers
Plusses:
2 years experience in troubleshooting and experience working with help desk software, running software migrations and implementations on cell phones (iOS or Android), imaging and deploying laptops null
