Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a HRIS Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity for one of its customers in Grand Rapids, Mi. This person will be responsible for and support HRIS implementation projects and develop and train employees around the use of Dayforce system and tools. This is a hybrid position and is expected to be in the office three days per week with occasional travel to other facilities within the continental United States. We are looking for someone with some technical and analytical expertise and shown ability to be a Team player by mentoring and training other staff members at appropriate times throughout the implementation.

Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour depending on experience level.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

3 years or previous experience with Dayforce/Ceridian system

previous experience supporting an HRIS implementation project

understanding of Global operations within Dayforce system

previous experience supporting Payroll/Admin, PTO policy and other HR responsibilities

ability to condense reporting and develop analysis within Dayforce system and design processes for various departments null
