On-Site Floor Support

Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Floor Support role in Spring Lake, MI. Pay for this role will range from $20-25/hr based on experience.
At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include:
Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes
Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed
Attend client meetings
Assist with onsite timekeeping
Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed.
Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired, but not required. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.
Important On-Site Floor Support Skills include: Team Leader Skills, People Skills, Conflict Management Skills, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, and Good Judgment
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
