Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Service Technician who will diagnose, repair, and conduct final tests on in-house benchtop analyzers, surpassing Safety, Quality, and Delivery expectations. The role also involves minima travel to local customer sites for analyzer installation, training, and maintenance. Exceptional troubleshooting skills and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are crucial. Effective communication is vital for fostering positive customer interactions related to our brand, products, and services.

Skills and Requirements
– At least 1 year of experience as a Service Technician
- Mechanically inclined or previously in the mechanical field
- Troubleshooting experience
High school diploma or GED bachelors null
