Job Description
Facility Technician – Apartment Communities
General maintenance and upkeep, light electrical, plumbing, snake/claw drains and pipes. Garbage disposal troubleshoot/repair/replace.
Fulfill resident service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance work throughout the apartment communities.
Painting, drywall repair, patching, troubleshoot.
Ensure community common areas and grounds are maintained according to standards; conduct inspections, and identify and resolve any hazards.
Maintain inventory of parts and appliances; conduct general maintenance and maintain the orderliness of facilities.
Complete preventive maintenance on the property and equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

3 apartment communities = 225 units total. Will be part of 4-5 maintenance team.
