Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to Texas . REHs objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise.
Providence is calling an Inventory Clerk who will:
Coordinate the procurement of supplies in a cost effective and ethical manner
Maintain the Materials Management Inventory System
Adhere to established Hospital and Materials Management Department Policy and Procedures
Control and maintain department specific inventories and assets based on set budget requirements
Be responsible for receiving and stocking supplies
Perform usage analysis
Coordinate and perform product returns
Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by phone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25-35 pounds
Please note the following important details regarding this role:
This is an onsite role and will report into the hospital daily, as scheduled
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Required qualifications for this position include:
1 years experience in material management (i.e. inventory, stocking, purchasing) or related healthcare field experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
