The Director of Corporate Sales is responsible for the companys corporate and enterprise sales go-to market strategy. The leader will be responsible for identifying go-to market needs related to messaging, collaterals, and assets that allow Promethean sellers, partners and distributors to successfully position Prometheans corporate products and services. The leader will build a partner and reseller base that is proficient in positioning the Promethean offers to their customers. With relevant sales tools and an effective base of resellers, the Director of Corporate Sales will provide feedback from end-users, resellers and distributors that guides future product development and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Create strategic initiatives that will develop, maintain, and grow the partner network with the purpose of increasing revenue, margin, and market share
Implement strategy specific to the partner group, growing the business with new and existing partners & identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Own responsibility as the primary Promethean point of contact for the relationships with targeted partners
Develop partner account plans and manage the pipeline of opportunities ensuring correct forecasting by both time and product category
Articulate the Promethean value proposition and demonstrate the benefits of Promethean solutions either face to face or remotely to partners and distributors
Regularly provide Marketing with the list of tools and resources required to drive awareness and interest from potential customers
Regularly provide Channel Marketing with the list of tools and resources required to drive awareness and interest from current and potential partners
Forecast, track, report and present on key account metrics including pipeline management, pricing actions, marketing activity, sales reporting, competitive activity etc. rebate program etc. across the whole team
Day to Day leadership and management of direct/channel sales team delivering on set revenue, margin, growth and other targets
Present at regional and global internal eventsRequirements:
Degree level preferred but not essential
Minimum of 10 years of experience selling through partners/resellers and distributors
7 years of audio/visual selling experience
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
Experience creating, articulating and driving strategic actions which deliver measurable sales results
Ability to influence change, both internally and externally, to drive material outcomes
Excellent communication skills and can work with resellers, distributors, and decision makers
Travel is required
Base Range: $155,000 – $200,000 Commi sion Eligible
