A Brief Overview
The operating and business models that have served healthcare systems well for many years are showing signs of strain. Demand for services outstripping supply, predicted shortages of healthcare workers, rising rates of burnout, and shrinking operating margins are forcing healthcare systems to rethink how they organize and deliver healthcare. The Innovation Program Manager leads the Innovation Catalyst Program, a new program that uses design thinking methodology to support clinical and operational teams in designing new and innovative ways of doing our work and providing care for patients and families.
This role is responsible for providing coordination, project, and personnel management for the Innovation Catalyst Program, ultimately driving transformative change within the organization. This role will report to the Director of Human Factors and Systems Design and work directly with Innovation Catalyst Program (ICP) leadership as well as collaborate with other leaders/team members within CHQA, DTS, and across the enterprise. Together they will set the strategic and operational vision for the program. This role is a working manager role and will also carry a project load in addition to leadership responsibilities.
This is a hybrid position. Candidate should be expected to work three days a week onsite out of the Roberts Center for Pediatric Research.
